Nestvi is a small, family-owned and family-run business. What started as an idea between people who care about each other has grown into the company you see today — but at its heart, it's still the same: a family pouring time, attention, and love into something we believe in.

Because we're a small family operation, we can't keep large amounts of stock on hand the way a big retailer can. When something is especially popular or being made in a small batch, we open it for preorder so you can reserve one. Preorder items typically ship within 1 to 3 months.

Because Nestvi is run by our family, our pace is human-sized. During busier seasons, school holidays, or unexpected supply hiccups, orders may take a little longer than our usual estimate. We always try to be upfront and let you know if anything affects your delivery — that honesty matters to us.
