Thank you for shopping with Nestvi. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, dispatched, and delivered. By placing an order with Nestvi, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A note from us: Nestvi is a small, independent company. We pour a lot of care into every order, but our size also means that our processing capacity, supplier relationships, and dispatch operations are more limited than those of larger retailers. As a result, shipping and delivery times may occasionally be affected, and the timeframes provided in this policy should be understood as good-faith estimates rather than firm guarantees. We genuinely appreciate your patience and support as we grow.

1. Order Processing

All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on whether the item you have ordered is currently in stock or available for preorder.

2.1 In-Stock Items

If the product you have purchased is in stock at the time of your order, you can expect delivery within 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This timeframe includes order processing, packaging, dispatch, and transit.

2.2 Preorder Items

If the product you have purchased is not currently in stock and is available for preorder, please be aware that delivery may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months from the date your preorder is confirmed. Preorder timelines depend on production schedules, supplier availability, and shipping conditions. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept this extended delivery window.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your preordered item is dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the size and weight of the items in your order, and the shipping method selected. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our designated courier's tracking portal.

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times stated above, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Supplier or production delays (for preorder items)
  • Limited capacity as a small business, which can occasionally extend processing or dispatch times

As a small company, we may not always be able to absorb sudden surges in demand or unexpected supply issues as quickly as a larger retailer would. Nestvi is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors, but we will keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Nestvi cannot be held liable for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

Nestvi ships to a wide range of countries. International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier networks. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

9. Order Cancellations and Changes

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy. Preorders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
